The calculations are estimates
Performance Analyzer calculates acceleration, power and torque from the data of a motorcycle and from models of
how engines and vehicles behave. The results are estimates: they depend on the data, which can be wrong or
incomplete, and on simplifications in the calculations. Use them to compare and to learn, not as the basis for
decisions where safety or money depend on them. The site gives no guarantee that a result is correct.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. What happens with your account is your responsibility.
One person per account. Fill in a real email address, so mail about your account reaches you.
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time, see the privacy statement.
What you put on the site
Your texts, photos and the data of your motorcycles stay yours. You give this site the right to store and
show them, only in the way you choose (on your profile, or with a link you share), for as long as they are
on the site; except the technical data below.
Only add photos you took yourself or may use, and do not show other people in them without their consent.
Nothing unlawful, offensive or misleading, and no advertising.
What breaks these rules can be removed, and an account that keeps breaking them can be closed.
The catalog
The technical data you enter for a motorcycle (such as its gear ratios, sprockets, tire size, weight and
torque curve) may be used to complete the catalog, where everyone sees it. Your name is not shown with it.
This also applies after you change or delete your motorcycle or your account.
Only enter data you may share: from your own motorcycle, its manual or your own measurements, not copied
in bulk from another website or database.
Data in the catalog is checked before it is used, but may still be wrong; see "The calculations are
estimates" above.
Using the site
Do not try to get around the security of the site or to make it slower or unavailable, and do not copy the
catalog with automatic tools.
The site is free and offered as it is. It may change, be unavailable for a while, or stop. Keep your own
copy of what matters to you.
As far as the law allows, the maker is not liable for damage from using the site or from its results.

Dutch law applies. When these terms change, the new date is shown above; important changes are announced on the
